This Privacy Policy describes how Klicke ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Org Dashboard ("the Service"). We are based in Victoria, Australia. This policy applies only to the Service and does not cover any third-party services you may use elsewhere.

We retain your information only for as long as your organisation is an active member of our roleplay group.
When an organisation, gang, or crew leaves the group, their account and associated data are manually deleted by us within a reasonable timeframe following their departure. This includes account credentials, sessions, pick list entries, wash logs, points history, and any other data tied to the departing org.
We do not run automated backups. There are no archived copies of deleted data once removal is complete.

We do not currently offer formal data export beyond what is already visible to you in the Service interface. If your organisation departs our roleplay group, your data will be deleted as described above.

However, no system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and notifying us immediately if you suspect a compromise.
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided information to the Service, please contact us so we can remove it.
Content entered into the Service (such as pick list entries, blacklist entries, and notes) is intended as fictional roleplay content. Users must not enter real-world personal information about identifiable third parties without their consent. Each organisation is solely responsible for the content they enter.
If you believe content within the Service contains your real-world personal information without consent, contact us via Discord and we will review and remove it as appropriate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
