1. Overview

Welcome to the Org Dashboard ("the Service"), operated by Klicke ("we", "us", "our") from Victoria, Australia. The Service is a private internal tool provided to organisations affiliated with our roleplay group. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Access

The Service is invite-only and is not open to the general public. Access is granted only to gangs, crews, and organisations that operate under our roleplay group. We may grant, modify, suspend, or revoke access at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

While there is no formal minimum age requirement to use the Service, it is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, you should not use the Service.

3. Roleplay Context — Fictional Content

Entries do not constitute factual claims about real persons. Users must not enter content that:

• Identifies, defames, harasses, or targets real-world individuals;
• Contains real-world personal information (real names, addresses, contact details, etc.) of any person without their explicit consent;
• Could reasonably be interpreted as a factual accusation, threat, or defamatory statement against a real person.

Each gang and user is solely responsible for ensuring their entries comply with this clause.

4. Account Responsibility

Each organisation, gang, or crew with access to the Service ("Account Holder") is solely and fully responsible for:

• All content entered, edited, or stored under their account;
• The security of their account credentials;
• Any and all activity that occurs under their account, whether authorised by them or not;
• Determining who within their organisation is granted access to their account credentials.

If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, you must contact us via Discord direct message immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, the underlying database, or any backend systems;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Service;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service for the purpose of replicating or competing with it;
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited content;
• Use the Service to facilitate any harm to real-world persons.

6. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account or organisation's access to the Service for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms;
• Departure from our roleplay group;
• Conduct we consider harmful to the Service, our community, or other users.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access;
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content;
• That the Service will be free of bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities;
• That any data entered will be preserved, recoverable, or backed up.

We do not run automated backups. You acknowledge that data loss is possible and that you use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klicke shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, in-game consequences, disputes between users, or any third-party claims.

You agree to indemnify and hold Klicke harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and functionality, is the property of Klicke. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service solely for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you enter, but grant us a licence to store, display, and process that content as necessary to operate the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
